- Guides we know personally
- Every excursion is run by licensed Cayo operators we use ourselves, in groups of six to eight, collected from the lodge gate.
- Confirmed by a person, not a calendar
- We read every enquiry ourselves and answer on WhatsApp, usually within a day. Nothing is charged before it has been confirmed with you.
- Flexible until 72 hours
- Change or cancel any arrangement up to 72 hours before the date, at no charge.
- Weather cover
- River levels and rain can move a departure. If we cancel, you are refunded in full or moved to a day that works.
